  • How do I place my order?
    If your order is a standard order, you can place it directly on this site. If you'd like to place a custom order please email us at info@macaronmaman.com and we can get the conversation started!
  • How do I store my macarons?
    Macarons can be stored in refrigerator for up to a week or in a freezer for up to a month (if kept wrapped in plastic film or in a box)
  • What allergens are in macarons?
    All macarons are made with almond flour and are cooked in close proximity to where other nuts are prepared and stored. If you have a nut allergy we do not suggest eating our macarons. Most of our macarons also contain dairy and some contain gluten. If you have any other allergy questions please Contact Us.
  • How far in advance do I need to order?
    It largely depends on what you’re needing. We require a minimum of 3 days on a standard order. In general, we need a minimum of a week’s notice for custom orders, but just ask because we might be able to squeeze your order into our baking schedule!
  • What’s the difference between a Macaron and a Macaroon?
    A macaron is a French confection made with almond flour, sugar, and an egg white meringue. Macaroons are an American dessert made of toasted coconut.
  • Are macarons gluten-free?
    Naturally macarons are a gluten-free pastry. The shell is made with sugar, almonds and egg whites. However, not all flavors are gluten-free due to the flavor of the macaron, such as brownie batter and cookies and cream. All macarons contain the following allergens: dairy, eggs, tree nuts.
  • What if I was hoping for a flavor or design that I don't see?
    We LOVE getting creative and bringing your vision to life. Custom orders are absolutely welcome! Email us at info@macaronmaman.com to get the conversation started. Please note - if placing a custom order, we will require a 50% deposit on your order total and the remainign 50% will be due three days before your macarons are delivered. Without the deposit, your order is not guarenteed.
